Atunci cand se intampla sa raman cu niste banane muult prea coapte, pe punctul de a se strica, NU le arunc, ci fac un desert pufos si delicios cu ele :) Aceste briose cu banane vor fi pe placul tuturor, sunt aromate si pufoase, se fac super usor si pot fi luate la pachet pentru o gustare dulce.

Ingrediente (12 briose):

  • 3 banane coapte (260g)
  • 2 oua
  • 200g faina alba
  • 60ml ulei (de masline)
  • 100g zahar brun*
  • 1/2 lgt scortisoara
  • 1/2 lgt praf de copt
  • 1/2 lgt bicarbonat de sodiu

Batem ouale cu zaharul, adaugam uleiul de masline si banane pasate cu furculita. Incorporam treptat si faina amestecata cu praful de copt, scortisoara si bicarbonatul de sodiu si amestecam bine.

Turnam compozitia in forme de silicon pentru briose (sau tava de briose tapetata cu hartiute speciale colorate), presaram putin zahar brun pe fiecare briosa si introducem totul la cuptor pentru 30 de minute la 170C, pana trec testul scobitorii. Pofta mare!

*Baby-friendly: folositi, optional, putin sirop de artar sau miere, avand in vedere faptul ca mierea se ofera copiilor numai dupa varsta de 1 an, cu masura. Dar dulceata bananelor ar trebui sa fie suficienta pentru papilele gustative ale piticilor :)

ENGLISH VERSION

When I am stuck with a couple of way too brown bananas, I do NOT throw them away, I make a delicious fluffy desert with them :) These banana muffins will be loved by everyone, they’re so tasty, fluffy, super easy to make and you can take them with you for a sweet snack.

Ingredients (12 muffins):

  • 3 ripe bananas (260 g)
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g plain flour
  • 60 ml (olive) oil
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Beat the eggs and brown sugar, then add the olive oil and mashed bananas. Gradually incorporate the flour mixed with cinnamon, baking powder and sodium bicarbonate and give everything a good whisk.

Pour the mixture into silicon muffin moulds (or muffin tray lined with special colored baking papers), sprinkle brown sugar on top of each and bake everything for about 30 min at 170 C, until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Enjoy!
