Tocanita de pui la multicooker. O reteta de tocanita de pui cu care nu dau gres niciodata, iese atat de gustoasa fi frageda, nu mai zic de cat de repede e gata, cu efort minim din partea mea, datorita multicookerului CrockPot Express cu gatire sub presiune :) E perfecta pentru pitici, fiind fara sare si fara calire, carnea e taiata marunt si frageda, legumele sunt bine facute, dar nu terci, aromele se imbina minunat prin aceasta mare inventie: gatitul sub presiune :)
Ingrediente:
- 1 pachet de piept de pui (650g)
- 2 lg ulei de masline
- 2 cepe
- 3 morcovi
- 3 cartofi
- 1 pastarnac
- 1 tija de telina Apio
- 1 ardei gras
- 2 catei de usturoi
- 250ml suc de rosii
- 1 lg mix de legume deshidratate pt mancaruri (fara sare)
- 1/2 lgt boia dulce
- 1 foaie de dafin

Mod de preparare
Decojim cepele, morcovii, pastarnacul, cartofii, le taiem bucati potrivite, dupa preferinte. Tocam cateii de usturoi, taiem cubulete mici pieptul de pui.
Punem in vasul multicookerului uleiul, carnea de pui si legumele, in staturi, adaugam condimentele si sucul de rosii. Amestecam usor; punem capacul, il rotim spre pozitia Inchis, rotim si valva de presiune spre pozitia Inchis si setam aparatul 20 de minute pe programul Poultry, High Pressure.
Dupa ce timpul a expirat, punem un prosopel pe capac si rotim cu grija valva de presiune, folosind o spatula. Servim tocanita calda, cu verdeata tocata deasupra. E delicioasa, pofta mare! :)

I can never go wrong with this chicken stew recipe, it is so tender and tasty, not to mention how quick it’s ready, with minimum effort, thanks to my CrockPot Express pressure cooker :) It’s perfect for kids, being without salt and oil frying, the veggies are well done, without being mushy, the meat melts in your mouth and the flavor perfectly combine through this revolutionary method of pressure cooking :)
Ingredients:
- 1 package of chicken breast (650g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 onions
- 3 carrots
- 3 potatoes
- 1 parsnip
- 1 celery stick
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 250 ml tomato juice
- 1 tbsp dried veggies food base mix (without salt)
- 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 bay leaf
Peel the onions, carrots, parsnip, potatoes, cut them into medium pieces. Chop the garlic cloves and chicken breast.
Put the ingredients in the multicooker pot in layers: oil, chicken, veggies, add the spices and tomato juice. Gently stir, then put the lid on, rotate to Closed position, rotate the pressure valve to closed, too. Set on Poultry, High Pressure for 20 min.
When the time’s up, put a kitchen cloth on the lid and carefully rotate the pressure valve to Open position with a spatula. Serve the stew hot to warm, with freshly chopped veggies on top. It’s delicious enjoy! :)
