Long time no cookie :) Sezonul rece e perfect pentru a coace fursecuri, incalzesti si parfumezi bucataria in aceasi timp, iar modelatul e activitatea perfecta la care va pot ajuta cei mici :) Azi am pregatit fursecuri fragede de post, super bune si aromate :) Sa le incercati neaparat!

Ingrediente (20 de buc):

  • 200g unt de caju (migdale sau arahide)
  • 125g faina alba
  • 50g xylitol
  • 1 lgt extract de vanilie
  • 1/2 lgt scortisoara

Amestecam cu o lingura toate ingredientele pana la omogenizare, transferam apoi aluatul obtinut pe o suprafata pudrata cu faina si il framantam bine. Il intindem cu sucitorul si decupam fursecurile folosind formele dorite.

Transferam fursecurile in tava si le coacem  aprox 12 min in cuptorul preincalzit la 170C, pana se rumenesc foarte putin pe margini. Le lasam sa se raceasca in tava, apoi le pudram cu indulcitor si le servim. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

Long time no cookie :) The cold season is perfect for baking cookies, you warm up the kitchen and you get a wonderful smell all over the house :) Not to mention molding cookies is great for your little ones. Today I made perfect vegan shortbread cookies, you really should try them! :)

Ingredients (20 pcs):

  • 200 g cashew butter (almond or peanut)
  • 125 g whole purpose flour
  • 50 g xylitol
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Mix all the ingredients with a spoon, then transfer the dough on a floured surface and knead it well. Roll the dough and cut out cookies using desired shapes.

Transfer the cookies on a tray lined with baking paper and bake for 12 min at 170 C, until just slightly brownish on the edges. Let them cool on the tray, then dust with sweetener and serve. Enjoy!
