Sunt setata pe capsuni in ultimul timp :)) Dar eu zic ca nu e ceva rau, sunt atat de gustoase in sezonul lor ca nu ma pot abtine sa nu cumpar cate un kg mereu cand trec prin piata :) Azi am facut bomboane de ciocolata raw cu capsuni. Super delicioase si atat de dragalase ambalate in hartiute frumoase si colorate… :)

Ingrediente:

Topim untul de cacao deasupra unui vas cu apa calda (la bain-marie), apoi punem in blender toate ingredientele si mixam bine. Daca se taie aka branzeste compozitia, cum am patit si eu de altfel, nu are nimic, mixam in continuare pana obtinem o crema fina si satinata :) (Blenderul e bine sa fie unul puternic, de 1000w). Turnam compozitia in forme de silicon pentru ciocolata pe care le introducem in congelator pana se intaresc si pot fi scoase cu usurinta. Se pastreaza in congelator. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

I am set on strawberries these days :)) But that’s not a bad thing, they are so tasty in their season I can’t help but buying a kg every time I got to the farmer’s market :) Today I made raw strawberry chocolates. Super delicious and just sooo cute wrapped in nicely colored candy cases… :)

Ingredients:

  • 100 g cocoa butter
  • 100 g fresh strawberries
  • 3-4 tbsp maple syrup (to taste, according to your preferences)
  • 2 tsp tahini
  • 1/2 tsp natural vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt

Melt the cocoa butter over a pot of hot water, then out all the ingredients in the blender and process well. If the fat separates from the fluid, just keep blending until you get a smooth satin cream (the blender has to be powerful, minimum 1000 W). pour the mixture in silicone chocolate molds and place in the freezer to set until hard enough to pop out. Store in the freezer. Enjoy!
