Taitei-chinezesti-cu-legume

Pentru perioada Postului sau pur si simplu cand vreti sa mancati ceva mai usor si gustos, dar care sa se faca si repede, puteti apela cu incredere la aceasta reteta. Taiteii de orez au destul de putine calorii, dar satisfac cu brio pofta de paste :) Si ciupercile sunt gustoase si hranitoare prin definitie, asa ca.. la bucatarie cu voi :) Taitei chinezesti cu legume.

Ingrediente (2 portii)

  • 200g taitei de orez
  • 250g ciuperci
  • 1 pumn de mazare congelata
  • 1 morcov feliat pe lung (cu ustensila pentru decojit)
  • 1 ceapa verde
  • 3 lg ulei de masline
  • 2 catei de usturoi
  • 2 lg pasta de tomate
  • 3 lg sos Tamari
  • 1 lgt ghimbir proaspat ras (sau pudra)
  • seminte de susan
  • sare, piper proaspat rasnite
  • verdeata preferata pentru decor

Fierbem taiteii conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj. Turnam uleiul de masline intr-o tigaie nonaderenta, apoi adaugam usturoiul tocat, susanul si fasiile de morcov. Lasam cateva minute pe foc pana se rumenesc putin, apoi adaugam ciupercile, mazarea, pasta de tomate, ghimbirul si sosul Tamari.

Dupa ce zeama lasata de ciuperci scade, adaugam ceapa verde si asezonam cu sare si piper. Punem in farfurie taitei, in mijloc sosul de legume si presaram verdeata deasupra. Pofta mare!

ENGLISH VERSION

During fasting or whenever you want to eat something light and tasty, but also easy to make, do try this recipe. Rice noodles have little calories, but they satisfy our craving for pasta :) And mushrooms are tasty and nourishing by definition, so… get in the kitchen :)

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 200 g rice noodles
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 handful frozen peas
  • 1 sliced carrot (with the peeling tool)
  • 1 spring onion
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp Tamari sauce
  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger (or powder)
  • sesame seeds
  • freshly ground salt and pepper
  • favorite green herbs for decorating

Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Pour the olive oil in a non stick pan, then add the crushed garlic, sesame and carrot stripes. Cook them for a few minutes until they get soft, then add the mushrooms, peas, tomato paste, ginger and Tamari sauce.

Once the volume of the sauce reduces, add the chopped spring onion and season with salt and pepper. Put the noodles on a plate, ad the vegetable sauce in the middle and sprinkle freshly chopped herbs on top. Enjoy!
