Dragii mei, am pentru voi o serie noua de retete baby friendly la multicooker, pentru ca mi-am dat seama cat de util este acest aparat intr-o familie cu copii. De minunatul vorbesc, il am deja de 2 ani de zile si imi usureaza viata enorm. Timp castigat in bucatarie = mai mult timp de petrecut cu familia :) Incepem cu o super branza de vaci la multicooker, dulce, zemoasa, cremoasa, e absolut minunata, o mancam si noi, cei mari :)

Ingrediente (240g):

  • 1 L lapte gras (+3% grasime)
  • 150g iaurt
  • 1 lg kefir

Aveti o extra reducere de 10% cu codul Madeline10 pentru oala minune, cum ii zice iubitul meu, aka , cat si pentru restul gamei, pe siteul CrockPot Romania, valabil pana la 31 martie 2021! :) Nu uitati si de special dedicata acestui multicooker, o gasiti .

Mod de preparare

Punem 1 litru de lapte gras in vasul multicookerului CrockPot Express, punem capacul, il rotim spre pozitia inchis, insa NU rotim si valva de presiune spre pozitia Inchis, o lasam pe pozitia deschis.

Alegem programul Yogurt si apasam Start. Programul standard e de 8 ore, minim 6 ore, insa noi vom lasa aparatul sa mearga doar 1 ora. Dupa o ora apasam Stop si alegem programul Brown/Saute pt 30 de min.

Adaugam iaurtul si amestecam bine cu un tel de silicon, NU metalic, pentru a nu zgaria vasul. Amestecam frecvent, mai ales dupa ce ajunge la punctul de fierbere, pentru a nu se prinde.

Cand incepe sa faca spuma adaugam si lingura de kefir, care va grabi procesul si branza de vaci se va separa de zer ca prin magie! :) Turnam compozitia din vas printr-o sita fina si lasam la scurs branza de vaci la multicooker.

Am obtinut 240g de branza de vaci din aceste cantitati. Se poate servi ca atare, pe paine, cu fructe, eu am pus jumatate de banana intr-un castronel si a iesit un super desert sanatos pentru piticoti :) Pofta mare! Alte retete la CrockPot Express gasiti aici.

Guys, I’ve got a brand new baby friendly recipe series using the CrockPot Express cooker, because I realized how amazing this appliance is for a family with children :) I own my for more than 2 years already and it’s been making my life so much easier. Less time in the kitchen = more time to spend with your family :) Let’s start with a delicious pressure cooker cottage cheese, sweet, juicy, creamy, it’s absolutely wonderful :)

Ingredients (240g):

  • 1 L fat milk (+3% fat)
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp kefir

Put 1 liter of fat milk in the multicooker, put the lid on, rotate to Closed position, but do NOT close the pressure valve, let it on Open position.

Select Yoghurt program and press Start. Standard Yogurt is 8 hours, minimum 6 hours, but we will let it run for only 1 hour. Then press Stop and choose Brown/Saute for 30 min.

Add the yogurt and stir well with a soft whisk, not metal, to not scratch the dish. Stir frequently, especially once it reaches boiling point. When it starts to be foamy, add the kefir, it will speed the process and separate the cheese from the liquid. Strain through a strainer or cloth and that’s it :) Magic!

I got 240g cottage cheese from these quantities. You can eat it plain, just like that, n toast or with half a banana, as a sweet healthy baby friendly treat :)
